Zulily stole 2 of my refunds for items…

Zulily stole 2 of my refunds for items I returned and items they canceled. They now turn off my ability to enter a new bank card to pay my outstanding balance owed on one item for $7.49, so I have no way whatsoever to close my account, even though I have a $14 credit balance!! They have broken the law a few times, but since they are in INDIA, I guess they can just get away with it! This was my only way to stage my protest here! This treatment is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I've spent near $50,000 at zulily, since I've been a customer and to be treated with such criminal disrespect is ABHORRID! Hey zulily, hire employees THAT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!

Tried to add an item to a Zulily…

Tried to add an item to a Zulily return. Called to have it added. They said they could not do that. I would have to pay for a new shipping label. I had not sent the package. They are a horrible company and will think of any reason to charge you more.

Save your money

Getting anything to fit you properly is more of a miss than hit. Numerous times I've purchased from Zulily only to have to either throw it away or send it back. Clothing is poor quality. Dont get sucked in from what it looks like on the website. I have store credits built up from returns. I really want nothing else from them. Only do shopping where you can get a true refund if the item is not what you expected.

Garbage

Thought I would try - terrible
material, cheaply made.

Most do not fit, even though I went with their sizing.

That is what I get!

Stay away and don’t wastr your money.

Now, I find out you only have 15 days for returns.

I will stick with Macys - good sales and decent items.

Terrible to deal with.

I purchased an item and they then didn't want to send me the item I purchased and tried to give me a cheaper alternative. They stated the item was no longer in stock. Lies! They had several in stock in different colors.

Was a good company. Not any more. I have been a customer for years and…

I have been a customer for years and was always delighted with my purchases, but my last three orders have been very disappointing.
Poor quality, erratic sizing, misshaped garments which look nothing like the photos on their website.
Yes, delivery is slow, but this is stated on the website. Their garments were worth waiting for, but not anymore. I won't be ordering anything else. Its a shame. I'm not sure what's happened to the company.

No more ordering form Zulily

Zulily was a go to for quality items when they stared out years ago. Last 3 years with their introduction of clothing made in China sold by Romwe and other off brands The quality is less than poor. Sizes are way off, even if you order up a size. Material is very cheap now and cost to return is expensive.
Allot of money spent on returns as products are not as advertised. Therefor I am out $$$$ and nothing to show for it.
I believe QVC owns the company now. I would expect more from QVC
Shipping is weeks and weeks out.

Last time I will ever order fromi

Last time I will ever order from Zulily. I placed an order on July 19th for two items that I needed for a trip I was going on tomorrow. It is now August 6th and my account States I will not receive the order until the 9th. I've been waiting a long time for this order. I feel if you're going to pay that much in shipping you should get the order in a reasonable amount of time. Also, I see that it's not mailed from the United States.

I am ordering shoes, do they run small?

A:

I haven't bought shoes from them, and had bad experiences with clothing. Shoes are risky because of the no return policy. If it's a brand you know and are familiar with the sizing, perhaps have tried them on somewhere, then you might be good to go. I agree with others about going to Amazon or even Zappos where you'll even get free returns and can order a couple sizes to get the best fit.

Do not order from them period! Save your money! Everything they sell is bad quality. Nothing looks like the pictures and you can not return anything!

Why are there so many bad reviews on zulily. I see so many things on their sight that I would like to order but I am afraid to. The prices are nice.

A:

I was charged initially for an order that customer service said was not completed but was charged to me. Customer service said it would fall off in a few days? Now I have the new charges now and the incorrect charges have not refunded and I need this taken off as soon as possible please! Thank you, Sarah Lange [email protected] 903-387-7002

It helps if you are already familiar with the brand you are ordering, so you are not disappointed if the product is less then satisfactory. I have ordered many things over the years,, and have got a few duds. For the most part though I am a loyal customer to them. The way they curate everything into different categories is done very well. Great customer service. As well. As far as the delivery time that is explained on their website, and when you order it tells you when the item will be shipped, so you can cancel at that point. I do not know why people complain about the delivery time, it tells you when you order. Just don't order from them.

Remember when you would go to the mall and there were department stores, high-end boutiques, specialty stores and then there were cheap stores selling prom dresses, clothing with style but poor quality fabric/construction? Something would catch your eye and you would enter the store and a hard-selling employee would approach and begin talking incessently? They would bring the clothing you saw in the window and it has cheap trim, scratchy lace made from recycled plastic, lightweight thin material that just screamed "cheap"? That is what Zulily is like. Their women's and men's clothing looks good, but beware, most of it is made in China and is pure junk. They have a return policy on many (but not all) items for a store credit and they deduct shipping for sending it back then again for spending your store credit. For a $25 item you may end up being charged $5.99 when you buy the item; $5.99 to return it and $5.99 again when you buy something with the store credit. You end up getting only $7.03 of your original $25 back.

Are the perfume and high end cosmetics authentic?

A:

I purchase from this company constantly for a my family's clothing. Every single item that I have purchased has been real. In fact I received a beautiful Steve Madden coat yesterday and it was so perfect that I went and bought the other collars the next day. I am very familiar with the Chinese clothes and junk they sell on eBay because over the years I have tested all of it. I think it's pretty easy to identify what is a good deal zulily. When I found the original Steve Madden coat I was ready to purchase it on eBay for 100 and I got it on this site for only 54. Best deal ever and extremely authentic. I find it easy to shop there because of the high quality items they put out every day and the fact that you can pay it into payments which makes it really a lot easier for me to buy.

I'm a member of Sitejabber snd although I can't answer re: perfumes, after lodging a complaint against the company Annie Cloth, just learned that Zulily is a front for lots of Chinese items. The Radley London wallet they sold me in Sept. This year is a fake. All the metallic gold on the back is so thin, it comes off at the slightest touch and one third of the back of this little wallet came off and is currently residing all over the sticky back of a post-it note. The area on the wallet is cardboard grey now. Another fine quality piece of Chinese junk!

Does no one research anymore? Zulily was started in Seattle by Blue Nile creator and his wife. Purchased by QVC in 2015. Not a Chinese front. Do they sell products from China? Yes. As does EVERY retailer. In fact, Amazon was found to sell up to 48% counterfeit products in an independent study of over 1000 products. I buy consistently from Zulily because they have affordable plus size clothing and adorable kids stuff. Not every item is a winner but it's usually clothing if there's an issue. I have complained on those items and been credited every time. Name brand items have been authentic. Yes, Burberry perfume too. However, anymore I only buy cosmetics from reputable retailers who focus solely on that. Amazon? No way. Sephora? Absolutely. Like others have said, research the brand. Good luck!

If I were to place an order today. How long will it take for me to receive it?

A:

I got the dress I ordered in 2 days! The dress is ugly of super cheap material and I would have to be at 6' 5'' to not have the hem touch the ground. If I hem it the bottom border will be gone. Also the seams meet up poorly. I ordered a large and it is just a little bit big around on my 5'2" 78 lb granddaughter. Lesson learned.

It depends on the company it's coming from, the quicker you order it thr faster they can begin to process your order. I've received items in as little as 4 days, up to 4-5 weeks. Hope this helps!
